Welcome to Hound Song Bakery! By using houndsongbakery.com (the "Site") or placing a treat request, you agree to the following terms.

How ordering works

Our treats are made to order, in small batches — nothing sits on a shelf. When you submit a request through the Site, no payment is taken online. We'll follow up personally to confirm details (flavor, quantity, pickup or delivery timing, and price) before anything is baked.

Pricing & payment

Listed prices ("From $X") reflect our starting price per item; final pricing is confirmed with you directly based on your request. Payment terms and accepted methods will be shared when we confirm your order.

Pickup & delivery

Treats are baked fresh and are not stockpiled — please allow us reasonable time to bake your order. Pickup and delivery details will be arranged directly with you.

Cancellations & changes

Because everything is made fresh to order, please reach out as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel a request. We'll do our best to accommodate you, but changes may not be possible once baking has started.

Allergen & health disclaimer

Our treats are made with human-grade ingredients but are formulated for dogs (and soon, cats) — not humans. Please review our Allergen Info page before ordering, and consult your veterinarian if your pet has known allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions. Hound Song Bakery is not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from allergies or conditions not disclosed to us at the time of your request.

Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, photos, recipes, and names like "PupCream™" — belongs to Hound Song Bakery and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it (e.g., attempting to disrupt the Site, submit false orders, or scrape content).

Limitation of liability

Hound Song Bakery provides the Site and its products "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the Site or our products, beyond the price paid for the item in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
